We set up quality control checkpoints at pre-production, during production, and pre-shipment inspection stages. We can also station team members at your supplier's factory for short-term on-site supervision — quality checks, production tracking, or issue resolution.

Initial supplier screening and quotes typically take 3-7 business days. Sample coordination adds 1-2 weeks depending on the product. Production timelines vary by category and order volume. We give you a clear timeline upfront based on your specific requirements.

We coordinate between your supplier and your freight forwarder to ensure a smooth handover. You can use our long-term trusted freight forwarder or your own — we handle the factory-side coordination, export documentation preparation, and make sure goods are ready for pickup. We're not a freight company, but we make sure the handoff between factory and forwarder is seamless.

Absolutely. If you visit China to tour factories, we'll arrange your full itinerary and serve as your translator throughout your trip — at no extra charge for our long-term retainer clients.
